You buy msg.ProfileMap under a contract priced by the number of employee profiles you manage. Two options set the capacity limit. The first covers up to 1,000 employee profiles. The second covers up to 3,000 employee profiles. You pick the option that matches your workforce size. Both give you the same skill-management platform, which uses AI and natural language processing to map employee competencies. The only difference is the profile ceiling. As your headcount grows, you move to the option with the higher profile limit.
