    Dimensions summary

This contract-based listing combines a base charge with optional add-ons you select as needed. The Platform fee covers your core subscription, as defined in your contract. From there, you add capacity and features independently. The opportunities dimension covers volume above 300 co-sell opportunities per month. Propensity to Buy adds AI scoring to prioritize high-intent buyers. The CRM automation app lets you create private offers directly from your CRM. Additional Listing charges apply for each extra listing on the same cloud. You scale by adding only the components your team requires.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

An opportunity is a co-sell deal shared with the cloud provider through your CRM. The base covers up to 300 per month. The "More than 300 opportunities per month" dimension bills the extra volume above that threshold, letting you scale as your co-sell pipeline grows.
The Platform fee is your fixed base charge. The other dimensions bill independently on top of it: opportunity volume above 300 per month, Propensity to Buy scoring, the CRM automation app, and each Additional Listing on the same cloud. You pay only for the components you add.
An Additional Listing charge applies for every extra product listing you run on the same cloud beyond your base allotment. Labra connects to Marketplace APIs to manage listings, approvals, billing, and renewals. Each added listing you manage through the platform triggers this separate charge.

Excellent Platform for Scaling Cloud Marketplace and Co-Sell Operations

    Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Labra has made managing our cloud marketplace and co-sell motion significantly easier. Instead of having to coordinate across multiple portals, spreadsheets, and internal teams, we have a much more centralized view of our cloud GTM activities.

The biggest value for us is the automation and CRM integration. It reduces a lot of manual work around marketplace operations and co-selling while giving our sales and partnerships teams better visibility into opportunities and deal progress. The Labra team has also been very knowledgeable and responsive, which makes the overall experience much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any platform supporting complex cloud marketplace processes, there is a learning curve when getting everything configured and aligned with your existing workflows. Some areas could also offer additional customization, but these are relatively minor compared with the operational efficiencies we’ve gained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra helps us simplify and automate our cloud marketplace and co-sell operations. It reduces manual processes, improves visibility across our pipeline, and makes it easier to work with cloud partners.

The biggest benefit is that our team can spend less time managing operational tasks and more time focused on selling, partnerships, and revenue growth. It has also given us a more scalable foundation as our cloud GTM motion grows.

Labra has been a valuable AWS Marketplace partner with efficient onboarding and quick support

    Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We worked with Labra primarily to get our SaaS product live on AWS Marketplace. The process involved quite a few AWS requirements and operational steps, and Labra helped us navigate these along the way.

Their team was helpful with the listing process, understanding the requirements, addressing questions, and getting the necessary pieces in place. Having their support made the overall Marketplace onboarding process more straightforward and saved our team a fair amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still areas where additional automation and visibility could make the experience even better but overall, our experience has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra helped simplify the process of getting our SaaS offering onto AWS Marketplace and supported us with the associated AWS requirements and ongoing operational activities. This allowed our team to spend less time figuring out the Marketplace process and more time focusing on our product and customers.

Overall, Labra has been a useful partner for getting started with AWS Marketplace and navigating the operational side of it. Highly recommended!

Labra Makes AWS Marketplace and Co-Selling Much Easier from Salesforce

    Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We use Labra primarily for its AWS Marketplace and co-sell CRM integration with Salesforce, and it has made managing our AWS referral process significantly easier.

The biggest benefit is the ability to connect our existing Salesforce workflow with the AWS co-selling process instead of having our sales team manually manage opportunities across multiple systems. Labra helps streamline the referral process, automate field mapping, and ensure the relevant opportunity information is carried over when submitting opportunities to AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some initial configuration and mapping required to make sure Salesforce fields align correctly with the AWS referral requirements. However, once the mappings are configured properly, the workflow becomes much easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of manually creating referrals and copying information between Salesforce and AWS systems, we can leverage our existing CRM data and workflows. The automated mapping of Salesforce opportunity and account information is particularly helpful, as it reduces repetitive data entry and helps maintain consistency across referrals.

Another major positive has been the support from Pawan throughout the entire journey. He has been extremely helpful during onboarding, taking the time to understand our requirements and guide us through the setup and configuration. Even after onboarding, his hypercare support has been excellent. He has been responsive, proactive, and quick to help troubleshoot issues or answer questions as we started using the integration in our day-to-day workflow.

Simplified AWS Marketplace Management with great onboarding experience

    Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Labra for managing our AWS Marketplace presence, and it has made the process significantly easier for our team. AWS Marketplace can be fairly complex to navigate, particularly when it comes to setting up listings, managing pricing and offers, handling updates, and keeping everything aligned with AWS requirements.

What really stands out, though, is the Labra team. They’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and hands-on whenever we’ve needed help. Having someone who understands the AWS Marketplace process and can help us navigate issues has saved our team considerable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more advanced analytics and visibility into Marketplace performance over time. There’s also an opportunity to add more self-service capabilities as customers become more familiar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, the main problem was the operational complexity of getting onto and managing AWS Marketplace. Labra has helped simplify that process and reduced the amount of time our team needs to spend coordinating Marketplace-related activities.

The combination of the product and Labra’s knowledgeable support team has made AWS Marketplace easier for us to manage and has given our team more confidence in handling the process.

A Reliable Platform for Cloud Marketplace Operations

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Labra is how it simplifies the entire cloud marketplace lifecycle. From marketplace listing creation and management to co-sell referrals, private offers, and CRM integrations, everything is available in a single platform. The automation significantly reduces manual effort, and the platform makes it much easier to manage AWS Marketplace operations at scale. The onboarding experience is straightforward, and the customer success and support teams are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping resolve issues and guiding customers through complex marketplace processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Labra offers a comprehensive set of features, some advanced workflows have a learning curve for new users. It would also be helpful to see continued expansion of support across additional cloud marketplaces and even more self-service documentation for advanced use cases. That said, the customer success team is very responsive and is always available to help, which makes onboarding and adoption much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra has streamlined our cloud marketplace operations by automating processes that were previously manual and time-consuming. It simplifies marketplace listing management, co-sell referrals, CRM synchronization, private offers, and customer onboarding, all from a single platform. This has improved operational efficiency, reduced errors, and enabled our team to focus more on supporting customers and driving marketplace growth rather than managing administrative tasks. The platform has also provided better visibility into marketplace activities and made collaboration with cloud providers much more seamless.
