EnergySys is the most powerful low code platform for agile energy companies. It is configurable, easy to use, exciting and evolving, making it quick and easy for engineering business users to create applications that do exactly what they need.
The majority of energy software solutions are expensive, difficult to use, and slow to implement. They are holding business back, creating problems rather than solving them. We decided there had to be a better way, and that is why we created EnergySys as a platform to deliver revolution.
The EnergySys Cloud Platform is a low code-no code platform for building enterprise-grade technical business applications. It requires little or no software development experience to use and is intended for business users who want to create their own applications, as well as professional developers who want to deliver apps in tight timeframes.
By design, you can build applications quickly and easily using tools with which you are familiar. The applications can be quite complex, such as is the case in Hydrocarbon Management, and can be configured to do whatever you require.
EnergySys is transforming the lives of technical and engineering business users by redefining the energy software market, disrupting the status quo and generating real business value.
This is software as we believe it should be. Simple, effective, and continually evolving.
Highlights
EnergySys is low code. It can be easily configured to do anything without programming calculations or functionality directly into the software. Build an application to suit your particular set-up and update or modify this as your operation evolves.
Every change and interaction in EnergySys is logged, for a complete audit trail and version history. The system also logs every calculation in Excel. These can be downloaded and accessed for review, to identify and fix anomalies far more efficiently.
Our innovative pricing model and cloud-native platform offer the best value in the market, with no upfront costs or hidden fees. Regular upgrades at no additional cost deliver predictable TCO that can be as little as 5% of your traditional system.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform by the asset unit, billed as an annual subscription. An asset unit is a group of connected physical entities, like a platform and its wells or a pipeline and its facilities. Three sizes let you match pricing to scale and complexity. You choose Small Asset Unit for simple business processes, Medium Asset Unit for moderately complex processes, or Large Asset Unit for complex processes. Sizing reflects likely data storage and processing needs, such as measurement volume and calculation complexity. You can buy multiple asset units to cover several assets, mixing sizes as needed.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What physical scope does one asset unit cover for billing?
An asset unit is a group of connected physical entities, such as a platform with its wells or a pipeline with its facilities. A small-scale asset unit might be a single offshore platform with up to twenty wells. Each asset unit carries its own annual subscription.
How does EnergySys decide whether my asset is Small, Medium, or Large?
Sizing reflects likely data storage and processing needs. Storage relates to the number of measurements, their frequency, and calculated results, often tied to physical aspects like well count. Processing reflects calculation breadth and complexity. Resource-intensive calculations, such as forecasting, raise the assessed scale and complexity.
What is included in the subscription for each asset unit?
Each subscription includes one production and three non-production instances, platform support, database management, and security standards. Regular non-disruptive upgrades come at no extra charge. Hosting, disaster recovery, and platform maintenance run on AWS and are handled for you under the single annual fee.
